China trip: frozen photo

Today we all dressed in our uniforms of black collared shirts with “English Life Camps” embroidered on them and khaki skirts or pants, and went out to the ampitheater to take a group picture. It was 13 degrees outside and felt like -1, and clad only in our cotton shirts, without hats or gloves, to say that we were cold was an understatement. With frozen smiles on our faces, we waited for what seemed like an eternity while all the different cameras were employed in taking the group picture. These pictures will be developed and we will frame them as gifts to some of the people we meet.
